Nature of the relationship

Savant Real Estate and Savant Lending are subsidiaries of Savant Homes, operating under common ownership. These companies offer the following services:

• Savant Real Estate, LLC – Real estate brokerage services in Georgia (License #262837)
• Savant Lending – Mortgage brokerage and lending services (NMLS #2043109)

When you use both services, our teams may share information about your transaction to coordinate services and provide you with a streamlined experience.

Your rights

You have important rights under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA):

• You are NOT required to use our affiliated mortgage or lending services to buy or sell real estate through Savant Homes
• You are NOT required to use our real estate services to obtain mortgage or private lending services
• There are frequently other settlement service providers available with similar services
• You are free to shop around to determine that you are receiving the best services and price for these services

No required use

We want to emphasize that you are under no obligation to use our affiliated companies for any settlement services. Your decision to use or not use our affiliated services will not affect the quality of service you receive from any of our companies. We encourage you to compare our services and prices with those of other providers.
